How to Make an Appointment
The Student Health Services medical clinic sees patients by appointment only. You can request to see a specific provider.
Students may schedule online through web-booking or call the appointment line at 309-438-2778. If you have questions and are not sure if you need an appointment, please call Nurse Consult at 309-438-7676. Both phone lines are open 8:15am-4:15pm, Monday through Friday.
If you have an urgent medical need and the online appointment times listed are not convenient, please call our Nurse Consult line at (309) 438-RNRN (7676) during regular business hours .
How to Cancel an Appointment
Students are expected to keep their scheduled appointments or cancel at least one hour prior to the appointment. Students who do not keep an appointment or cancel one hour (24 hour cancellation for psychiatry) prior to their appointment will be charged a missed-appointment or late cancellation fee.
You may cancel by using our Secure website or a 24-hour cancellation line is available. A student may leave a message to cancel an appointment anytime by calling 309-438-CNCL (2625)
Appeal a Missed Appointment or Late Cancellation Fee
